Terms of Service
This is a courtesy translation provided for convenience only; the binding version is the Polish version.
Effective from 11 October 2026
§1. Who and what
- The tasker.pl service is operated by INTERSON Mateusz Idziński, ul. Pogodna 6, 55-080 Smolec, NIP (tax ID) 6462860237, REGON 241635789 (hereinafter “Tasker”). Contact: kontakt@tasker.pl, tel. 732 099 208.
- A Manager is a company, homeowners’ association, housing cooperative or person that creates an account in order to receive tickets from its addresses. The Manager is the party to the contract with Tasker.
- A User is a person who logs in to the panel on the Manager’s account.
- A Tenant is a person who reports a fault via a link or QR code made available by the Manager. A Tenant does not create an account.
- A Contractor is a company or person to whom the Manager passes a job via a link. A Contractor may create a free contractor account in order to see jobs from all Managers in one place.
- These Terms are terms for the provision of services by electronic means. They can be downloaded and saved from this page at any time.
§2. What the service consists of
- Tasker makes available, through a web browser, a tool for receiving fault tickets, conducting correspondence concerning a ticket, passing jobs to contractors and storing the history of addresses.
- Tasker provides the tool only. It does not carry out repairs, does not manage properties, does not recommend or vet contractors, and does not act as an intermediary in payments between the Manager, the Tenant and the Contractor. The only exception is described in sec. 7.
- Tasker is not a party to contracts between the Manager and the Tenant or between the Manager and the Contractor, and is not responsible for their performance, deadlines, prices or the quality of repairs.
- Tasker is not an emergency service. A ticket does not replace a call to the emergency number or the emergency services, or to the gas, power or water emergency service. Tasker does not guarantee that anyone will read a ticket within any particular time — who reads tickets and when is decided by the Manager.
- Part of the service is the job board: a board on which a Manager publishes a listing for work to be done and a Contractor with an account submits an offer. The rules of the job board are set out in the job board terms, which are an annex to these Terms and require separate acceptance before the first listing or the first entry to the job board. On the job board, too, Tasker is solely a tool for making contact: it does not select the contractor, does not check the contractor’s qualifications or quality of work, does not accept money for jobs and does not guarantee that they will be performed or paid for.
- To use the service you need: a device with internet access, a current version of a popular browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and — for an account — a working e-mail address.
- A Manager from Poland may, from a ticket, order a paid visit by a tradesperson from the usterka.pl service, which is operated by the same entrepreneur as Tasker. This is a separate service and a separate contract: it is concluded under the usterka.pl terms (usterka.pl/regulaminy), which the Manager accepts when ordering. The price of the service and of travel, and the rules on prepayment and cancellation of the visit, are set by usterka.pl; payment is made directly to it, not with credits. Tasker’s Terms, including §4 and §8, do not apply to the visit and the repair themselves. The order is placed by a User with account administrator rights.
§3. Account and conclusion of the contract
- An account is created via the registration form or — when registration is suspended — on the basis of an access request. Tasker may refuse to create an account without giving a reason.
- The contract is concluded for an indefinite period at the moment when the Manager first sets the account password or confirms the e-mail address. Submitting the form, setting the password and using the panel constitute acceptance of the Terms; we record the date of acceptance.
- A person creating an account on behalf of a company or organisation declares that they are entitled to represent it in this respect.
- The Manager provides true data, keeps it up to date and is responsible for everything done on its account by the Users to whom it has granted access. The password must not be shared with other persons.
- Tenant and Contractor links work without logging in: whoever has the link has access to the matter the link concerns. The Manager decides to whom it passes them and may replace or disable them in the panel.
- A trial version is created using the form on the “Demo” page, without a password — it is entered via a link sent by e-mail. It is free of charge and lasts 7 days; Tasker may extend it once. A trial account contains sample data. We do not send text messages or e-mails to Tenants and Contractors from it, and the job board, the purchase of credits, the Pro plan and inviting a team are disabled. Submitting the form constitutes acceptance of the Terms, and the contract lasts until the end of the trial period. After it expires, we delete the account and all data entered, without separate notice of termination. If the Manager sets a password before that date, the account becomes a regular account on the Free plan and the contract continues for an indefinite period.
§4. Plans and payments
- The Free plan is free of charge and covers up to 3 addresses, 1 User account and up to 3 active contractors. Tasker may change the Free limits or withdraw this plan by way of an amendment to the Terms (§14).
- The Pro plan costs PLN 5 net per month for each address and for each User account other than the first. VAT is added to the prices. Current prices are given on the home page of the service.
- Pro and text messages are paid for in advance with credits. One credit costs PLN 5 net and corresponds to one address or one User account other than the first for 30 days. The Manager buys credits in the panel, in the “Credits” tab, in the packages listed there or in any number from 10 to 2000. Credits do not expire.
- Pro is switched on by the Manager in the panel, in the “Plan” tab, when there are credits on the account; on a request sent to kontakt@tasker.pl it may also be switched on by Tasker. For the calendar month in which Pro was switched on on the account for the first time, we do not deduct credits. From the first day of the following month we deduct 1/30 of the monthly fee each day, calculated according to the number of addresses and User accounts on the given day. When Pro is switched on again, deduction begins on the day it is switched on.
- For text messages sent to Tenants — with a link to the ticket and with a code confirming the telephone number, if the Manager has enabled such confirmation — we deduct, on both plans, 1 credit for every 20 text messages or part thereof in a calendar month. When the account does not hold a whole credit for the next 20 text messages, we send notifications to Tenants by e-mail only.
- Credits are paid for online: by fast bank transfer, BLIK or card. Payments are handled by PayU S.A. with its registered office in Poznań. We settle in Polish zloty. Tasker does not receive or store payment card data. We do not charge fees automatically: every payment is ordered by the Manager.
- After each payment we issue a VAT invoice using the details provided by the Manager in the panel. We send it by e-mail and make it available for download in the “Credits” tab; the Manager agrees to this form. If required by law, we issue the invoice in the National e-Invoicing System (Krajowy System e-Faktur).
- We send e-mail reminders about credits running out: when they are sufficient for 7 days, 3 days and 1 day, and when they run out. An account without credits continues to work. If the Manager does not buy more within 7 days of the credits running out, the account moves to Free, of which we notify by e-mail; the data remains, and it is possible to return to Pro at any time. Tenants’ links and QR codes and data export continue to work in that case.
- Pro may be cancelled at any time by writing to kontakt@tasker.pl. The account then moves to Free, the data remains, and new addresses, accounts and contractors above the Free limits cannot be added. Unused credits remain on the account.
- Used credits are non-refundable. For unused credits we refund the money where the contract was terminated for reasons attributable to Tasker or where a mandatory provision of law provides otherwise. We pay a refund that is due within 14 days, by the same method by which the payment was received, unless the Manager indicates another.
- A change in prices does not affect credits already purchased: each of them continues to correspond to one address or account for 30 days. We will give notice of the change by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; the Manager may then terminate the contract.
- Features prepared to individual order are priced and described in separate arrangements.
§5. Rules of use
- The service is to be used in accordance with the law and with its intended purpose. It is forbidden to:
- enter content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others,
- enter data that the service does not ask for and that is not needed for the repair — in particular health data, PESEL numbers, scans of documents, payment card data and passwords,
- upload photos and videos showing people without a legal basis,
- send advertisements and messages unrelated to tickets through the service,
- circumvent security measures, burden the service with automated tools, test its vulnerabilities without Tasker’s consent, or resell access.
- Responsibility for content entered into the service — descriptions, photos, videos, messages, data of addresses and persons — lies with whoever entered it. Tasker does not check it before publication and has no such obligation. The exception is listings on the job board, which our staff read before publication under the rules in the job board terms.
- The Manager itself decides where it places QR codes and to whom it passes links, and is responsible for having the right to do so.
- Tasker may block an account or a link, or remove content, if they breach the Terms or the law or threaten the security of the service. We give notice of the block and its reason by e-mail, unless a provision of law prohibits this.
- The Manager retains the rights to its data. It grants Tasker non-exclusive consent to store and process the data only to the extent needed to provide the service. The rights to the service, its code, appearance and name belong to Tasker; the Manager receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of the contract.
§6. Tenants and Contractors
- The Tenant and the Contractor use the service free of charge, at the Manager’s invitation. By using the link, they accept §2, §5, §7, §8 and §10 of the Terms. A Contractor who creates an account accepts the Terms when creating it.
- A ticket goes to the Manager who made the link or QR code available. It is the Manager who decides whether, when and how to deal with it, and to which Contractor to pass the data needed for the repair (address, unit, description, photos, the Tenant’s contact details).
- The Contractor accepts the job from the Manager, not from Tasker. The terms of the job, the remuneration and the liability for the repair are agreed between the parties themselves.
- The Contractor uses the data received in a job solely to perform it.
- On the job board the Contractor sees the listing without the address, without the Manager’s name and without the Tenant’s data. The address and contact details are given only to the Contractor whose offer the Manager has selected. With the offer, the Manager sees the NIP provided by the Contractor, the list of documents and qualifications if the Contractor has agreed to show it, and the reviews of other Managers. The documents are declared by the Contractor and Tasker does not verify them. Before an offer is selected, the Manager’s name is disclosed only to a Contractor whom the Manager itself invited to submit an offer. The Contractor may ask a question about the listing and give a review of the Manager; the rules are set out in the job board terms.
§7. Availability and changes to the service
- Tasker makes efforts to ensure that the service works without interruption, but does not guarantee continuous and error-free operation or any particular level of availability. The service is made available in the state in which it is at the given moment.
- Technical breaks are possible; we try to carry out planned ones at night. A break does not extend the billing period and does not give a right to a reduction of the fee, unless it lasted more than 72 hours in total in a month for reasons attributable to Tasker — in that case, at the Manager’s request, we reduce the fee for that month in proportion to the duration of the break.
- E-mails and text messages sent by the service may fail to arrive, arrive late or end up in spam for reasons beyond Tasker’s control. Tasker does not guarantee their delivery. The status of tickets is always shown in the panel.
- Tasker may develop, change and withdraw features of the service. We give 30 days’ notice of the withdrawal of a feature that is material to a paid plan.
- Tasker makes backups solely in order to restore the service after a failure. They do not replace the Manager’s own copy — tickets and addresses with units can be downloaded from the panel as CSV files at any time.
§8. Liability
- Tasker is liable only for actual damage caused through its fault. It is not liable for lost profits, loss of revenue, customers or reputation, or for indirect damage.
- Tasker’s total liability towards the Manager on all grounds, regardless of the number of events, is limited to the sum of the net fees that the Manager actually paid for the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
- The Free plan is a service provided free of charge. Towards a Manager who uses it, Tasker is liable only for damage caused intentionally.
- In particular, Tasker is not liable for:
- whether and when the Manager or the Contractor read a ticket and how they responded to it, or for the consequences of a fault, failure and repair,
- acts and omissions of Managers, Users, Tenants and Contractors, including the content they entered,
- the consequences of sharing a password or a link with an unauthorised person,
- interruptions and errors caused by internet, e-mail, hosting and payment providers, by the user’s device or browser, and by force majeure,
- non-delivery or delay of e-mails and text messages by mail servers and telecommunications operators,
- loss of data that the Manager could have avoided by downloading a copy from the panel,
- the choice of a contractor on the job board, the content of offers and listings, the truthfulness of data, documents and reviews shown with an offer, the performance of a job concluded through the job board and payment for it,
- the consequences of blocking an account or content in accordance with the Terms.
- Towards entrepreneurs, Tasker’s liability under statutory warranty (rękojmia) and for non-conformity of the service with the contract is excluded — to the extent permitted by law.
- Towards Tenants and Contractors who use the service free of charge and are not a party to a contract with Tasker, Tasker is liable only under the rules arising from mandatory provisions of law.
- If a third party brings a claim against Tasker on account of content entered on the Manager’s account or the way in which the Manager uses the service, the Manager shall indemnify Tasker against that liability and reimburse the reasonable costs of defence.
- The limitations in this section do not apply to damage caused intentionally or to cases in which a mandatory provision of law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited; §13 applies to consumers.
§9. Personal data
- The controller of the data of Tenants and other persons from tickets is the Manager. Tasker processes it on the Manager’s behalf on the basis of the data processing agreement, which is an annex to the Terms and is concluded together with the contract.
- The Manager is responsible for having a legal basis for processing that data and for informing the data subjects (the information obligation under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR).
- How Tasker processes data as a controller — of Managers, Users and Contractors — is described in the privacy policy.
§10. Reporting unlawful content
- The point of contact for authorities and users in matters of content is the address kontakt@tasker.pl. We write in Polish; we also accept reports in English.
- Anyone may report content they consider unlawful. In the report, state: where the content is located (link), why you consider it unlawful, your first name and surname or name and your e-mail, and a statement that you are reporting in good faith and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
- We confirm the report and examine it without undue delay. If the content breaches the law or the Terms, we block or remove it and inform the reporting person and — with a statement of reasons — the person who entered the content.
- A decision may be appealed within 14 days by writing to the same address. The appeal is examined by a human, within 14 days. For decisions concerning the job board, the time limit for an appeal is 180 days.
- Content from the job board (a listing, an offer, a review, a reply to a review, a message) may also be reported using the form available next to each of them. The reporting person receives a confirmation with a case number, and the author of the content receives a statement of reasons for the decision: what it concerns, what was decided, on what basis and how to appeal. There are 180 days to appeal against a decision concerning the job board. The details, including the rules on suspension of participation in the job board and the order in which listings and offers are displayed, are in the job board terms.
- Tasker has no general obligation to check content entered by users or to search for unlawful content. Decisions to block or remove content and to block an account are made by a human. The only automated tool assessing content is a filter which, on the job board, blocks telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and website addresses on saving.
- Anyone who disagrees with a decision, including after an appeal, may apply to a court and, in matters covered by the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), lodge a complaint with the Digital Services Coordinator — in Poland this is the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (Prezes Urzędu Komunikacji Elektronicznej).
§11. Complaints
- Send a complaint concerning the operation of the service to kontakt@tasker.pl. Describe the problem and give the e-mail address of the account.
- We reply by e-mail within 14 days.
- In a complaint concerning a payment, additionally give the date, amount and method of payment or the invoice number. An online payment may also be the subject of a complaint made directly to PayU S.A.
- A complaint may also be sent by letter to the address: INTERSON Mateusz Idziński, ul. Pogodna 6, 55-080 Smolec.
- Matters concerning the fault itself, the repair or the contractor are examined by the Manager, not by Tasker.
§12. Termination of the contract and data after termination
- The Manager may terminate the contract at any time, without giving a reason: the account owner deletes it on their own in the panel (the Organisation tab) or writes from their e-mail address to kontakt@tasker.pl. The contract ends on the day the account is deleted, no later than 14 days from the request.
- Tasker may terminate the contract with a Manager using the Pro plan without giving a reason on 30 days’ notice, by e-mail. In the event of termination through no fault of the Manager, we refund the fee for the unused part of the billing period.
- Tasker may terminate the contract with a Manager using the Free plan at any time without giving a reason and delete the account together with the data. We give notice of this by e-mail at least 14 days in advance, so that the Manager has time to download the data from the panel.
- Tasker may terminate the contract with immediate effect if the Manager breaches the Terms or the law seriously or despite a demand to stop, is more than 30 days in arrears with payment, or has provided untrue data.
- An account on the Free plan to which nobody has logged in for 12 months may be deleted by Tasker after notice sent by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. We do not delete an account in this way as long as it holds credits originating from a purchase; credits granted free of charge do not protect the account and are forfeited together with it.
- Before the contract ends, the Manager may download its data from the panel. After the contract ends, Tasker deletes the data of the account and of tickets, and the files, within 30 days; they disappear from backups in the ordinary cycle of their overwriting, no later than after a further 90 days. At the moment the account is deleted, links and QR codes stop working.
- Tasker retains data whose storage is required by law (e.g. accounting documents) or which is needed to establish, pursue or defend claims — for the limitation period of those claims.
§13. Consumers
- This section applies to a Manager who is a consumer and to a natural person who concludes a contract related to their business activity but not having a professional character for them. The provisions of the Terms, including §4 sec. 10, §8, §12 sec. 3 and §15 sec. 2, apply to them only to the extent that they do not infringe the rights they have under mandatory provisions of law.
- Such a person may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason — a message to kontakt@tasker.pl is sufficient. If, at their request, a paid service began to be provided before the expiry of that period, they pay proportionately for the time up to the withdrawal.
- Tasker is liable towards such a person for the conformity of the service with the contract under the rules of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta).
- A consumer may use out-of-court means of dispute resolution, including the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or a voivodeship inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Tasker is not obliged to take part in such proceedings and makes the decision in the specific case.
§14. Amendment of the Terms
- Tasker may amend the Terms for important reasons: a change in the law or its interpretation, a decision of an authority, a change in features, plans or prices, a change of providers, security considerations or the need to clarify the wording.
- We inform Managers of an amendment by e-mail at least 14 days before it enters into force. A Manager who does not accept the amendment may terminate the contract during that time; continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance. We give notice of a change in prices with the notice period stated in §4 sec. 11, and of an amendment to the job board terms — within the time limit set in those terms.
- Amendments that result from provisions of law, concern only new features or do not worsen the Manager’s position may enter into force on the day of publication.
§15. Final provisions
- The contract is governed by Polish law, including where the Manager has its registered office outside Poland. The Terms are drawn up in Polish; translations are of an auxiliary nature, and in the event of discrepancies the Polish version is binding. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions in force in the country of their habitual residence.
- Disputes with entrepreneurs, including those with their registered office outside Poland, are resolved by the Polish court having jurisdiction over Tasker’s registered office.
- Declarations sent by e-mail — to the address kontakt@tasker.pl and to the address of the account owner — are deemed to have been effectively made.
- The Manager may not transfer the rights and obligations under the contract to another entity without Tasker’s consent. Tasker may transfer them to a legal successor or to an acquirer of the service, of which it will give the Manager advance notice.
- If any provision proves to be invalid, the remaining ones continue to apply.
Annex. Data processing agreement
Concluded between the Manager (the controller) and Tasker (the processor) on the basis of Article 28 GDPR, together with the contract for the use of the service.
- Subject matter and duration. The Manager entrusts Tasker with the personal data entered into the service on its account, for the duration of the contract, solely for the purpose of providing the service described in the Terms.
- Nature of the processing. Recording, storing, organising, displaying to authorised persons, sending e-mail and text message notifications and text message codes confirming a telephone number, making backups and deleting — by automated means.
- Whom the data concerns. Tenants and other persons reporting faults, persons indicated in tickets and in unit data, contact persons of Contractors, including Contractors without an account whom the Manager invites to submit an offer on the job board.
- What data. First name and surname, telephone, e-mail, address and unit number, the content of tickets and correspondence, photos and videos, repair ratings, the time and IP address of submission of the ticket, as well as the e-mail addresses of contractors indicated by the Manager for the purpose of sending an invitation to submit an offer. The service is not intended for processing special categories of data or data on convictions; the Manager does not enter them and does not ask Tenants for them.
- Instructions. Tasker processes the data solely on the documented instruction of the Manager. The Terms, the account settings and the actions performed in the panel constitute an instruction, including passing a ticket to a Contractor, publishing a listing on the job board, sending an invitation to submit an offer and selecting an offer. Ordering a visit by a tradesperson from usterka.pl (§2 sec. 7) is also an instruction: Tasker then transfers to that service the data entered in the order — the first name and surname, telephone and e-mail of the contact person, the address and unit, the description of the fault and the date — which is further processed there in its own name, as by a controller, in order to carry out the visit. If Tasker considers an instruction to be contrary to the law, it will inform the Manager of this.
- Job board. The Manager composes a listing on the job board so that it does not contain personal data: without the address, unit number, surnames and contact details, and selects the photos itself from those attached to the ticket. Tasker shows the listing to Contractors with an account and blocks telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and website addresses on saving. Selecting an offer is an instruction to disclose the ticket data (address, unit, description, photos, the Tenant’s contact details) to the selected Contractor; the other offerors do not receive that data. The Manager is responsible for having a basis for such disclosure. Tasker sends an invitation to submit an offer to the e-mail address indicated by the Manager, on the Manager’s behalf, and states the Manager’s name in it; it uses the address solely for that one mailing and deletes it 90 days after the listing is closed. The Manager is responsible for having the right to use the address for this purpose. Tasker does not serve addresses whose owners have blocked invitations from Tasker and does not give the Manager the reason for the omission.
- Confidentiality and security. Only persons authorised by Tasker and bound by an obligation of secrecy have access to the data. Tasker applies measures under Article 32 GDPR appropriate to the risk, including: encryption of connections, passwords stored as hashes, separation of the data of individual accounts, role-based access control, an event log, limiting the number of login attempts, and backups.
- Sub-processing. The Manager gives general consent to the use of sub-processors. On the day the Terms enter into force these are: dhosting.pl Sp. z o.o. (hosting, servers in Poland), Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (sending e-mails, the Amazon SES service, Stockholm region) and Vercom S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (sending text messages, the SerwerSMS.pl service). Tasker gives notice of a planned change or addition of a sub-processor by e-mail at least 14 days in advance; the Manager may object during that time by terminating the contract. Tasker imposes on sub-processors data protection obligations no lesser than its own and is liable for them towards the Manager.
- Transfers outside the EEA. Tasker processes data in the European Economic Area. If a sub-processor were to transfer data outside the EEA, this will take place solely subject to the safeguards under Chapter V GDPR. A Manager with its registered office outside the EEA who opens the panel in its own country is itself responsible for the basis of such a transfer of data.
- Rights of individuals. Requests from data subjects are examined by the Manager. Tasker passes on to the Manager the requests that reach it and helps to fulfil them to the extent that the features of the service allow.
- Assistance. Tasker assists the Manager in complying with the obligations under Articles 32–36 GDPR, to the extent justified by the nature of the processing and the information available to it.
- Breaches. Tasker notifies the Manager by e-mail of an identified breach of the protection of the entrusted data without undue delay, no later than within 48 hours of identifying it, providing the information known to it that is needed to notify the breach to the supervisory authority.
- Audit. Tasker makes available to the Manager the information needed to demonstrate compliance with Article 28 GDPR — in the first instance in writing, within 30 days of the question. If that is not sufficient, the Manager may carry out an audit no more often than once every 12 months, after agreeing the date at least 30 days in advance, on working days, at its own expense, without access to the data of other customers and after the auditor has been bound to confidentiality.
- After termination. The Manager may download the data from the panel before the contract ends. After it ends, Tasker deletes the entrusted data within the time limits in §12 of the Terms, unless a provision of law requires it to be stored.
- Liability. The Manager is responsible for the lawfulness of entrusting the data, including for the basis of processing and the information obligation. Tasker’s liability towards the Manager under this agreement is subject to the limitations in §8 of the Terms.
- Remuneration. The remuneration for the processing is included in the fee for the service; on the Free plan the entrustment is free of charge.
