- The first staff account is free.Each additional one is PLN 5 net per month. Tenants and contractors do not pay.
- You pay in advance through PayU.A VAT invoice after every payment. We never charge anything automatically.
- Text messages to tenants: PLN 5 net for 20 messages.Emails are free.
- In Poland, 23% VAT is added to the prices.Details are in the terms of service, §4.
- Billing is in Polish zloty (PLN).Companies in other EU countries with an active EU VAT number (we check it in VIES) are invoiced without VAT, under the reverse charge. Outside the EU, no Polish VAT is added. To buy Pro you need a company tax number. PLN 5 is about €1.14 or $1.28 (National Bank of Poland mid rate, 12.10.2026). Your card is charged in PLN and your bank converts it.
Questions about the price
In Pro, do I also pay for the first 3 addresses?
Yes. In Pro the fee covers every address on the account. The first staff account stays free.
When do I start paying for Pro?
From the first day of the month after you turn on Pro. We do not charge for the month in which you turn the plan on.
How does payment work?
In advance, with credits. 1 credit costs PLN 5 net and covers one address or one additional staff account for 30 days. You buy credits in the panel through PayU: by BLIK, bank transfer or card.
What happens when the credits run out?
The account keeps working for 7 days, then moves to Free. Your data stays, and tenants’ links and QR codes keep working unchanged. We will remind you by email beforehand: 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before the credits run out.
Is there a fixed-term contract or a setup fee?
No. Onboarding by video call is free too.
Are there discounts for large portfolios?
